It feels good to feel good again! And we’re passionate about helping others get healthy too. For decades, we struggled with our weight and tried dieting, without success. But three years ago, we learned how to dial in our nutrition to lose weight and gain health. No fad diets, pills, wraps, or supplements. We ate six times a day and drank lots of water. That sounds more like undieting than dieting. And not dieting is appealing, right?! What really matters is what and when you eat.
Now, we both weigh what we did in high school, which we didn’t think was possible. We've maintained those weights for five years, thanks to our new healthy habits and to the accountability of helping others reach their goals. We feel great, have fewer aches and pains, and have more energy, patience, and clarity. Our health journey is about so much more than just healthy bodies. Healthy minds and healthy finances are equally as important and we love that our free coaching includes all three.
